	The rocking horse has foot-rests for a small child, and a special railing to keep the child from falling off. The special parts can be removed when the child is older.
	Instructions
	A Rocking Horse helps children to improve their balancing skills. Children can use it to rock back and forth under the supervision of an adult, who should make sure that the child is firmly seated, holding on to the two handles, and resting his feet on the footrests before rocking.
	The child guard is for small children who are unable to maintain their balance properly. It can be removed when the child is older and has better control of his body.
	The Rocking Horse should be placed on a flat level floor. Adults should make periodic checks to insure that it is in good condition at all times.
